One of the best investments you can make as a student, is the student membership fee to professional design organizations: ASID, NKBA, and/or IIDA. To provide students with more information about the benefits of membership, current members of these organizations will be in front of the bulletin boards in the hallway before and after classes this week to answer any questions. Stop by the table and talk to us.
Being in the lead feels good. Join ASID and stengthen your position! How? If you are currently enrolled in an interior design program that requires at least 40 credit hours or 60 quarter hours of interior design coursework to graduate, you’re eligible to be a part of the largest and most diverse interior design organization in the world.
As an endorsed program, our students pay only $15/year for dues to NKBA. Take advantage of the powerful networking and educational opportunities that the NKBA has to offer, and find the perfect outlet to express yourself- your creativity, your passion, and your increasing knowledge of the industry.
The NKBA offers a student membership to all those studying in the design and building fields. The NKBA wants to make your future bright by providing the extra support needed to excel in the industry and be successful in your chosen career.
Gain access to opportunities to market yourself and obtain knowledge through attending local chapter meetings and the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS®), the world’s largest industry trade event. Chapter meetings offer a forum for education and networking to help connect you with a rewarding position right out of college. Use our website to search industry-specific job and internship listings.
Check out their website. To join the NKBA or to renew your membership, contact NKBA Customer Service at (800) THE-NKBA (843-6522).
